These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Jen’s Golf Travel.

Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability.

Your booking is confirmed once a 25% deposit has been received. Until the deposit has been paid, your requested date cannot be guaranteed.

Payment

A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before your scheduled travel date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If full payment has not been received by the due date, Jen’s Golf Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking and release the date to other customers.

Cancellations

• More than 7 days before travel: Full refund of all payments made.

• 2–7 days before travel: 50% of the total booking value will be charged.

• Less than 48 hours before travel: 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

If Jen’s Golf Travel is required to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or, where possible, be offered an alternative vehicle or travel arrangement.

Airport Waiting Time

Airport arrivals include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your flight landing.

Additional waiting time may be charged at the applicable rate.

Flight Monitoring

Where flight details have been provided, we monitor your flight to accommodate genuine delays. There is no additional charge for flight delays beyond your control.

Luggage

Please advise us at the time of booking if you are travelling with golf clubs, electric trolleys, pushchairs or any oversized luggage to ensure sufficient vehicle space is available.

Passenger Responsibilities

For the comfort and safety of all passengers:

• Seat belts must be worn at all times.

• Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the vehicle.

• Passengers are expected to treat the vehicle with respect.

• Please ensure all personal belongings are removed when leaving the vehicle.

Vehicle

Jen’s Golf Travel reserves the right to provide an alternative executive vehicle of an equivalent or higher standard should operational circumstances require it.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Every effort will be made to arrive promptly and deliver your journey as planned.

However, Jen’s Golf Travel cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, severe weather, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Privacy

Any personal information provided when making a booking will be used solely for managing your reservation and providing our services.

Your information will never be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.
